There was a time when I knew absolutely nothing about protein. I was eating very little, thinking that eating less was best. I was in the gym and lifting weights, but I never made any progress with building muscle or getting stronger. It made me question everything I was doing... what was I missing?!
It wasn’t until I started prioritizing WAY more protein every day that I started to make massive gains both in the gym and with what I was seeing in the mirror.
Eating more protein allowed me to put on LOTS of muscle which revved up my fat loss like crazy. I can also eat way more and I never feel like I have to starve myself in order to get the body results I want.
Meal prep has been an absolute game changer for me... because, let's be honest, most of us don't just have chicken breasts laying around ready to grab for a quick snack.
I prep my food at the beginning of every week, which gets both my husband and I four delicious, filling, high protein lunches.
