There was a time when my mindset around food was 100% All or Nothing.  I went through periods where I would eliminate ALL sugar, because I thought that was the only option if I wanted to lose weight.  

It wasn’t until I started challenging my own mindset and perceptions around food, and started practicing mindfulness rather than complete restriction, that I was able to achieve the physical results I was looking for AND break free from the negative emotions caused by all-or-nothing thinking.  

I learned a NEW way... a BETTER way... to get the body I wanted without eliminating the foods that I love.
